UAPB Plaza is a community-based office/shopping center located at 2003 N. University about a mile north of the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff (UAPB).  After serving as the developers, ERDC now manages this 17,000 square feet facility which consist of eight suites.  The facility currently has five tenants, including:

• Central Arkansas Planning and Development District, operating as Arkansas Workforce Center at UAPB
• Thomas Groceries and Gifts
• Acquired Taste Consignment and Resale Store
• Pine Bluff Weed and Seed/Interested Citizens for Voter Registration
